Visually enjoyable and with several jump scares that got me on the edge of their seat, the movie plot overall was left lacking. The series pandered to audience expectations and gave dinosaur battles and human snacks.out whenever the plot lulled to a standstill, which seemed to be half the movie.

My fascination with dinosaurs kept me entertained as the movie progresses as they made an appearance in almost every scene, but I felt the end was anticlimactic with a predicable lucky ending. The movie does set up an interesting follow-up movie that I will be in theaters to see however I could have just watched a thirty second summary of this movie and skipped it as there was no deep additions to the overall story, it is merely a bridge to another.

I do not regret using MoviePass to see this on a rainy Sunday morning, but I wont remember this movie in a week's time.
