This movie is actually okay. Its a bit simple and pedestrian but thats kind of what they all were. Its actually about a western couple with a kid to some degree and thats a normal wholesome storyline. So the political wokeness is kept minimal which is good.
The only insufferable woke characters are probably the pilot who really is quite obnoxious so youll have to suffer through that. Its a compromise movie, which is why its hated on both sides. It doesnt reject wokism and Jewish leftism, but neither does it accept it full heartedly and shove it down the audiences throat.
Its fence sitting between the two. Which is why everyone is not excited about it. But ultimately its not bad, dinosaurs, entertaining, a little heart because of the western couple and their child as core story.
plus the love story between the older two western people. It works. What doesnt work is all the usual tokenistic Hollywood garbage that is forced, but thats minimal and mostly background stuff.
