Review of Jurassic Park III (2001) by David M — 05 Jun 2015

While it is nice to see Sam Neil back as Alan Grant; the movie is pretty silly. Especially since it has a scene where he dreams that a Raptor is talking to him. The plot where a divorced mother and father want to find their son on another island full of dinosaurs wasn't that great of a story for a third film.

However the movie has it's moments due to the bigger and scarier new dinosaur after them. Which even wins a battle with a T-Rex. The film is pretty much all action and barely has time for what Ian Malcolm would call "Oohh and Ahh", there's mostly running and screaming. Oh and a family bonding while dinosaurs are trying to eat them.
