Spielberg's enormously successful movie is still fun to watch. Scientists manage to bring dinosaurs back and open a theme park to show them. But soon the trouble begins as the dinos are set free. Technically superb (the use of animatronics, CGI, and other visual, special effects are completely believable), but never becomes anything more than a standard monster-on-the-lose film which is what all the expense is covering. Followed by two sequels.
