Review of Jupiter Ascending (2015) by Amanda H — 01 Aug 2015

I really wanted to like this movie. With the exception of Channing Tatum, it's got a pretty great cast- Eddie Redmayne in particular. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how any of these actors got through filming this while keeping a straight face.

It's so corny, and it tries so hard to take itself seriously, and it just doesn't work. It's different, so points for that, but I definitely wouldn't want to see it again.
