Yes, the plot is an absolute mess. The story's choppily cut transitions are distracting and the logic is often stupid to the point of insulting the audience (which in our case laughed far more than we were probably intended to).
Still, the acting is adequate, the visuals are stunning and the Wachowskis certainly succeed in entertaining to the extent that I have no regrets about seeing Jupiter Ascending in theaters.
