Very good idea, poor poor execution. This is a movie that was designed for theaters. Hugely impressive visuals and a fun romp through space. Unfortunately, the Wachowskis introduce a hugely interesting universe and then make the politics one dimnessonally simplistic and highly predictable.
Moreover, at the end, our hero is simply happy to fly around on levitation boots and ignore all the suffering in the galaxy.
