Review of Jupiter Ascending (2015) by David S — 29 Jul 2015

When I went to watch this movie I was really looking for a great scifi movie to enjoy but was sadly let down. With that said it did have some good... to which I will explain here in my good, bad, and ugly explanation.

The Good: this movie had a great concept for a story, good action scenes and plenty of thrilling special effects. The acting was good to a degree.

The Bad: As I said above the acting was good to a degree but it also had some poor chemistry. The love part story didn't quite click.

The Ugly: In my opinion what really failed this movie was how they crammed this entire story into one really long movie. The character development felt rushed the story flipping from one area to another before you really had chance catch up and trying to top it off with a love interest story. Had they actually split the movie up into a couple films and actually spent some time on the characters this could have been alot better.

Also the ending could have used a little work.

Overall, it was okay to watch once but that will be it for me.
