A very "cute" movie. It's not an incredible movie but it is funny.
One thing I hate in ANY movie though is people, ESPECIALLY teenagers, who are very witty and can reference very obscure pop-culture or otherwise iconic figures and events on the fly as if they're brilliant comedians. though this movie has that...it isn't overkill. Though not prevalent in this movie, I REALLY hate characters who are overly sarcastic, razor-sharp witted douche bags. (I'm looking at you Joss Whedon and Aaron Sorkin.).
Shit, my writing here kind of contradicts the statements I made by referencing those two guys.
O well.
