Exceptionally dry film most of the time, while this is about small town people in North Carolina, this can be said about any small town folk. Watching ithis reminds me of being back in Newfoundland. It's not a film to expect alot from, while dryer than the sahara there are many hints and points that are extremely funny especiallyt he artists penis drawing and stuff, even the artist himself is funny.
However its a film that could have been better.
