Oh my word this is a dull movie played and directed without conviction or care. A fairly decent sic-fi idea about people who are able to teleport anywhere at will we follow the story of David played by Hayden Christiensen a so called "Jumper" who discovers that he has this particular talent.

So he pops up inside bank vaults, atop the Sphinx, in front of Big Ben and in the south Pacific. He teams up with another Jumper, Jamie Bell and is pursued by Samuel L. Jackson who is trying to wipe out people with this ability using a bit of electric cable aided by an organisation of incompetent secret agents.

Huge aspects of the plot are left unexplained and Hayden Christiensen is a woefully inadequate leading man making for an underwhelming and rather boring storyline which peters out rather than reaching any kind of confrontation.

There's just no charisma here and I was left wishing I had jumped for the off button on the remote rather than wasted my time watching the TV.
