A single star for the concept. But what could have been cool sci-fi with a decent cast is instead an incoherent action film that, as the title suggests, just jumps from one thing to the next, and never bothers to explain what's going on.
Just a terrible movie. And as if the whole thing isn't bad enough, the last few minutes include Kristen Stewart (prior Twilight) with those worst bitch face to date!
