Review of Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017) by Lorena B — 25 Jan 2018

This movie struck gold with the amazing dynamic of the cast. The Rock and Hart are just an amazing duo. They really benefited from eachother in Jumanji even more then in their previous movie Central Intelligence.

But the biggest win for this movie is Jack Black. JACK FREAKIN BLACK. That delivers one of the funniest performances of 2017. He just nails this role as a 17 year old, selfie addicted girl.

This movie really had one of the best chemistry of a cast this year. But the rest of the movie falls a little bit into the normal adventure/action movietropes. Which makes the movie forseeable.

All in all it is a fun, light movie. Perfect for a movie night with friends.
