Frantic and silly. Probably great fun for youngsters. I saw it when I was ten. I found it frantic and silly. Frankly, I thought it patronizing, and it bored me. Even at that age I would have much rather seen a movie about the Hellfire Club.
Maybe great fun for easily entertained youngsters? Just sayin',.
