Definitely a cornerstone for the 90's child like myself, but I am sure a few still in touch with there preadolescence could find the value in it. One of the few films I saw growing up that was scary enough to get my heart rate going while still entertaining enough to keep me from leaving the room, or changing the channel.
Also I don't think I'm the only one in my age group who saw this and immediately had a crush on Kirsten Dunst.
