I didn't care much for the Julie story but loved Meryl Streep and Stanley Tucci as the Childs. Meryl made Julia alive, fascinating, and real. I adored their relationship--every man should have a wife who cooks him lunch and retires for a day time romance.
The voice, the figure, the attitude, Meryl was Julia!
