I have not read the manga but watched all of season 1 and loved it. MAPPA kills it in this movie. The fight scenes are remarkable and I have no problem with the pacing. I actually enjoyed learning more about the 2nd year Jujutsu High students Maki, Toge and Panda.
After my viewing I went to Barnes and Noble and bought the manga. If you liked season 1, like battle anime, Go check this movie out.
