Review of Judgment at Nuremberg (1961) by Jacob H — 12 Nov 2007
I realized the brilliance of this film after watching the TNT movie "Nuremberg," which was decent, but not epic.
This film is so well-written and well-directed in so many ways that you really have to watch it twice to absorb it.
And outside of the filmmaking aspects, this is a very, VERY important film for history and social morality. The questions it asks are very challenging even today.
And Montgomery Clift kicks ass.
