A goofy over stylized Sylvester Stallone vehicle that probably didn't get the appreciation it deserved. I can't defend this movie's faults, but I am at least willing to acknowledge it's strengths.
Above average production design, a wonderfully over the top performance by Armand Assante, and some clever action set pieces make Judge Dredd a reasonably fun time at the movies. I can understand why it was panned, I simply consider myself one of the few who enjoys a good bit of cheese here and there.
