(Disclaimer- I've never read the comics) Had to give it four out of five. I realize all that is working against it. But I've been watching this movie for years, I own a copy. No, it's not in regular rotation, but I find that once or twice a year, I'll watch it again.
SO,schlock or not, they did something right by me (even if I can't exactly put my finger on it).
