Review of Judge Dredd (1995) by Cam D — 05 Oct 2012

I enjoyed this movie, even though it could have been longer. It also got me into the comic books on which the movie is based. However, in the comics, Dredd never takes his helmet off, which was a big mistake the filmakers made in this film by having him reveal his face.

Also in the comics, Judges Dredd and Hershey are not supposed to be love interests. That's another mistake. However, the latest Judge Dredd movie fixes those mistakes. Even though this is a guilty pleasure movie, my advice is to see the new Dredd movie.

Trust me, you won't be found guilty by doing so.
