Judge Dredd has its humorous moments and carries a really good idea of a movie, but is executed with half the talent needed. Stallone is a little flat and unresponsive in his portrayal of Judge Dredd, but at the same time, he definitely packs a punch in the movie, creating some real entertaining scenes.
There are far too many oversights and character annoyances in this movie to garner the viewers attention whole-heartedly. Never the less, it makes for a perfect night of popcorn and beers.
