After not seeing the first two I soon realised I probably didn't need to. A mad trucker is going up and down route 17 stopping anyone that gets in his way. A group of 6 friends are heading to a car race when they mess with the wrong trucker and he wants payback and by George he gets what he wants in the most horrible way, if you don't like blood and guts this film is not for you.
