Jennifer Lawrence gives yet another fantastic performance as Joy Mangano. David O. Russell is one of my favorite directors working today and while Joy may not be his best film it's still one I very much enjoyed and was invested in throughout.
it may be uneven at times, but I was still very entertained by it. Jennifer Lawrence is constantly showing us that she is one of the best actress working in Hollywood today, and her performance here just adds to that statement, she's excellent in this movie.
