I had this DVD for my birthday although I had to wait a but as it was only available from Australia. it was well worth the wait.

I watched it while I was preparing to take part in my first novice knockdown tournament and found it inspirational.

Having taken part in a few fights myself now, albeit at a very low level, I understand how much each punch and kick add up after just 3 bouts. I can only imagine the pain and suffering after 93 and more!

Judd Reid is an exceptional karateka and I would recommend this to anyone with even the slightest interest in martial arts. I thoroughly enjoyed the DVD.
