Review of Joshua (2007) by Labeeb X — 17 Apr 2009
Disturbing film, very creepy. Given that I understand the whole, "Not fitting in," feeling that is wrapped around Kogan's Joshua, I did relate to him on some level, but he took it to a level that left even me feeling disturbed and emotionally distant.
I guess I see a genuine difference between being damaged and being damaging, and that they don't have to be seen as mutually exclusive. All the actors performed brilliantly, especially the three mains, Kogan, Rockwell and Farmiga.
