I saw how everything fell apart and everything got so ominous and tense, the music with the scary strings, etc. but Joshua didn't really complement any of that stress and strain. I suddenly realized this whole relationship to The Omen and subtitle "The Devil's Child" are all irrelevant.
It's not that they did a bad job capturing the devil in Josh, it's just that it wasn't really about a possessed child at all, it was about a family falling apart. Very disturbing.
