Review of Joshua (2002) by Daniel C — 22 Feb 2011
Joshua: The Devil's Child (2007).
Directed by: George Ratliff.
CAST: Sam Rockwell, Vera Farmiga, Celia Weston, Dallas Roberts, Michael McKean.
COMMENTS: No plot for this one. Even though the tittle is not promising, the film consist very good act, and pure activity, not so much spreading out of the "inside" story, which is also, good done.
The tittle becomes stronger and more clear after some part of the movie. until you realize that it is actually whole movie in the tittle. I don't find very often tittles that are not just "keywords", for such a project. This means that concept of the movie is very consistent and very pure. Clear for understanding, every why, has it's because, and what is the best, no need for some high financing of it.
Being capable of seeing things as they are gives you the power and full control. Being "protected" by law (or something else), while doing everything neccessary for your goal (Psicho symptoms), makes you a Devil himself.
I RECCOMEND THIS!
