Review of Joshua (1976) by Mark J — 03 Dec 2007
Lofi creepy pyschological drama that was a little too watered down for my liking. there wasn't really any character depth to the creepy kid who just stared a lot, and the background behind his rocky upbringing that alluded to the terrible things he was meant to have done was glossed over a bit too much for me to get that drawn in to the action.
to be fair I had just finisged watching the amzing book "we need to talk about kevin" which really was one of the creepiest tales of wayward upbringings and child pyschology I had read in ages so this film paled in comparison really.
