Psychiatrists will call you "crazy" and prescribe you drugs. Hypocritical people will tell you "I care about you" when they kick you in the ass. Whenever someone dares to speak about it, is beaten up.
But the Joker puts some paint on all that and really stands out. He does care about things, although in a way that will hurt, just because most people are unable to face the ugly truth. Masterpiece.
