Review of Jojo Rabbit (2019) by Angrybaneling — 06 Mar 2020

I didn't know what to make of this movie when I first watched the trailers for it. It seemed, to me at least, that it was gonna preach to the audience as one would expect in 2020. But after watching the movie I can say with full confidence that this is a fantastic movie.

Taika Waititi knows how to get you hooked on a story. It's an emotional rollercoaster that will make you laugh and cry. I don't care if "professional critics" don't like how this movie tackled the topic.

It wasn't made for them. It was made for moviegoers and if you like dark comedies, you'll love this one.
