Honestly this movie was not worth the money . . . . or the actors . . . . or the time they wasted on it. Cyberpunk movie? Guess this isn't my genre - because the movies was just bad! Keanu Reeves, Ice-T and a Dolphin . . . . I hate to see that pitch!
Oh wait it gets better - Keanu REEVES BRAIN VALUABLE TOP-SECRET INFORMATION! Ha ha!
Why, because it would be cool to have bad guys chase him . . . and it is cyber-punkish AND smart! Oh wait, it looked like crap, and was STUPID! REEVES, ICE-T, DOLPHIN! And stupid sci-fi graphics. Matrix it is not.
