Visuals are great, the feel is good for a cyberpunk movie but it's a goofy movie, although it's nowhere near as The Fifth Element, with a subplot that I'm very baffled. Keanu Reeves and Dolph Lundgren are very hammy, without doubt the funniest and probably the best thing in this movie.
Do not take this movie.
