Review of Johnny Gaddaar (2007) by Niral G — 27 Aug 2009

Watched it again a few days ago....this classy thriller makes you sit up and take notice.Its a great mix of greed, betrayal, corruption, love, desperation and murder. Sriram Raghavan does like to play it different, unlike usual thrillers where the identity of the accused is kept a secret till the climax nears, in Johnny Gaddar the audience knows right from the outset what transpires and who the culprit is.

So there is a mystery in the film, not for the audience, but for the characters. After his brilliant psychological thriller 'Ek Hasina Thi', one did expect a lot from Raghavan, and he doesn't disappoint.
