Review of Johnny English Strikes Again (2018) by Giorgio G — 06 Nov 2018
I am pretty sure that we all liked Mr. Bean when we were young, but with age Rowan Atkinson becomes a bit lame and childish, right? Still when there was nothing else to do we all might have watched Johnny English 1 and 2.
So as there was nothing else in the cinema anymore this week, I thought I'd kill some time with him and I was quite positively surprised. It's silly, of course, but certain scenes are extremely funny, though reminding oneself very much of old slapstick comedy.
I was happy that I hadn't skipped this one as I had quite some laughs during those short 88 minutes. 6/10 points. P.S.: The lovely images of French and British countryside give this a special plus point, obviously trying to lean on real Bond movies.
