Johnny English (Rowan Atkinson) has living his life in a monastery in Tibet, since he screwed up his latest mission several years ago. But when the Chinese premier's life is threaten he must once again step into the service of MI7 and work under his new boss Pegasus (Gillian Anderson) and he has a new partner as well, junior Agent Tucker (Daniel Kaluuya).

The first "Johnny English" was a clear parody of the "James Bond" movies and it relied heavely on Rowan Atkinson's "Mr. Bean" manoeuvres and the same formula is repeated here as well, although not very wisely. The jokes are funny but the recycle them on and on until it's just not funny anymore. The ending joke was excruciating to watch and it took a away the dignity of a good ending.

In the end, "Johnny English Reborn" was an ok action/comedy that did offer some good laughs but as the ideas ran out and the same jokes kept on coming over and over again, it made the movie less enjoyable than it could have been. Rosamund Pike however is always a plus, just because she's so hot.
