I was surprised to learn this film was getting a sequel. The original was a spoof of spy films that had the kind of predictable and slapstick humor that 'spoof" implies but it still generated a couple of laughs.
And Malkovich actually does a broad French accent here--and he didn't in Man in the Iron Mask. (Weird.) VERY silly but a bit of fun too.
