Sacarstic-slapstick British comedy that would please then baffle James Bond and Hubert Bonisseur.
[A] completely unnecessary and nearly chuckle-free spy movie spoof. With the exception of the hidden videos of the aloof spy wannabe in the bathroom dancing to ABBA.
Rowan Atkinsons is best known for his alter- ego and internationally loved Mr. Bean. Who made Atkinsons a household name for a reason.
