Just rewatched this for the first time since 2003 (wasn't a massive fan back then), and I must say I found it very entertaining. I can't help but find Rowan Atkinson hilarious no matter what he does.
The film is silly in most part but that's what makes it fun to watch. Looking forward to watching the sequel. 4/5.
