God forbid any more time is wasted on this nonsense trying to be made into a franchise - where no cops ever are seen in spite of a thousand big caliber rounds fired, 150 bodies, no terror alert nor SWAT squad is activated, there're no collateral casualties.
Sure it's all "underground" coded honor-bound assassins ... whatever. Utter nonsense - and this outing there's 15 more minutes of it. The first time? OK, they killed his dog. This time? Fugedaboutit.
A franchise beyond this? Make it for Netflix.
