John Wick Chapter 2 is an improvement over the impressive first film with amazing action, brilliant direction, cinematography and another charismatic and badass performance from Keanu Reeves. The film has a great supporting cast that all completely ham it up which is what the film needed.
The film has some problems involving plot, pacing and sequel set ups but it is more than made up for with the incredible action sequences. Brutal, fun and extremely entertaining, John Wick Chapter 2 is a very good film with fantastic action.
While the set up for future movies can be a bit annoying it does set up a potentially brilliant sequel. Highly recommended for any action fan as it is a pure treat. B+.
