IMPROVES AND EXPANDS BRILLIANTLY ON WHAT MADE THE FIRST ONE SO MUCH FUN with a premise that I think has a more interesting conflict than the first but is still pretty stupid but then again, like the first, that doesn't matter as it's all about setting up the WONDERFULLY stylish neo noir lit non-stop choreographed action thrill-ride of KEANU REEVES KICKing ASs.
