John Wick Chapter 2 follows the 2014 breakout film John Wick where Keanu Reeves plays a retired hitman. John Wick Chapter 1 was able to reel together intense fighting scenes with the mystery of a secret society with secret rules.
John Wick Chapter 2 plays on similar lines with more flare and fight but seems to miss the appeal and story that the original had. It still delivers amazing gun fighting choreography but delivers slightly below the original debut.
