Such a compelling universe that they have created for this story. The quality of the world of John Wick is as compelling as the plot. This world of assassins as seen through the key-hole of John Wick... is simply amazing.
And the inhabitants of this world are quite compelling on their individual merits. Charon, Winston, the sommelier, Cassian, Gianna... damn, even the secretarial staff is intriguing.
