I saw it twice the first weekend. On Friday, the audience viewed it as an action movie. Some reaction, not much. On Saturday, the audience reacted as if it were a dark comedy. Lots of guilty laughs at the ways bad guys were killed.
Saturday was way more fun. JW is a good new series. The action is great. The plot is good. The ending leaves you thinking they wrote it with a third movie in mind, but how will they get there? That's a good mindset for fans to have when they leave the theater.
