Eh. The comic-booky revenge fantasy of the first one was a fun way to kill a couple hours. But this one takes the dumber aspects of that film and runs with them. At least in the first movie you have a reason to want to see the puppy killers punished.

Here? No reason to care. Every single character is a self-important douche that talks like they're giving a Hamlet-like soliloquy at all times. Even when offering to watch someone's dog.
