Several times throughout the movie I laughed about how this made Jason Bourne (2016) look like some made-for-tv bullshit. On top of being an excellent action movie, they did a good job with the world building.
It really felt like a world full of trained assassins with underground networks, and all their rules. The one downside is Reeves' acting - his tough guy one-liners come off pretty stiff.
