Review of John Wick (2014) by Ryan O — 16 Jan 2016
Keanu Reeves may have somewhat broken his typecast and taken a break from constantly saving the world from whatever disaster is at hand and with John Wick he delivers an stylishly unflinching action powerhouse that guarantees its viewers the pleasure of cheap thrills and bone breaking clashes.
Reeves' portrayal of the master assassin John Wick is certainly a great glimpse into the life of not only a trained killer but it shows the will of a man who really has nothing left to lose in this world, I think Reeves relates a lot of that to his own troubles and with that delivers one of his best roles in many years.
