John Wick is one of the best action films I've seen in a long time. Today there are problem with action films. There are cliché characters and a lot of shaky scenes when there's action. The story is told like a typical revenge film but with a twist.
Most revenge films deal with rescuing someone or killing someone for a reason. In this film Keanu Reeves car gets stolen and his dog gets murdered and he decides to kill anyone that gets in his way. Now this is Keanu Reeves best film since The Matrix.
And if they got a different actor to play his role I don't think it would've worked because I think he was made for this role. The action is awesome in this film because it feels clean and doesn't deal with shaky scenes that have action in it.
One problem I have with the film is that the ending felt rushed and it should've token it's time. Also there's one character in the film that didn't really deserved a purpose in the film.
Overall if your a fan of action films defiantly check this one out. I'm still trying to figure out how Ouija made more money than this.
