Denzel does an ok job but the rest of the movie is crap. Totally unbelievable and Cassevetes is obviously a communist. It's ok for John Q to hold those people hostage because his boy needs a heart transplant? Did they cause that? The list of reasons to hate this movie get longer and longer.
